SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Online Domestic Policy New items that have never been worn or used are eligible for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. Deck & Oar must be notified within 14 days of the item being recieved in order for the customer to receive a return authorization. All original tags must be attached. In the case of clothing, item must be unwashed. All shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item has been damaged during delivery or there has been a mistake in fulfillment. We do not take responsibilty for any items returned to us without notification. We do not take responsibility for any items lost in transit. Please take care to insure your packages.
Domestic Shipping (USA): Most items are made to order and take 2-4 weeks to complete. All purchases will be processed and shipped four weeks of order via USPS ground. Customer will be sent a tracking number. Please allow 3-5 days from ship date for delivery. If special circumstances require an item being delivered sooner, please contact directly for in stock items.
International Shipping: International customers will assume all costs associated with declaration value as noted by their countries' duties and tariffs. Deck & Oar will not be held responsible for lost packages after a tracking number has been supplied and item has shipped. Customers will be sent all shipping information for their records. Please allow up to 3 weeks from shipping date for delivery. Please note that some delays may occur due to customs. All customs fees, taxes, or duties are the responsibilty of the customer. If you have concerns, please contact your local mailing office or UPS facility for more information.
